Delete & Reorder PDF Pages
Clean up a document before you send it. Drop pages you do not want, drag the rest into a sensible order, and download the tidied PDF. The usual case is stripping a blank scanner page or a cover sheet, or moving an appendix that ended up in the middle.
How to delete & reorder pdf pages
- Load the PDF. Drop in the document you want to tidy up.
- Remove and rearrange. Mark pages for deletion and drag the remaining ones into the order you want.
- Save and download. Click to apply. A new PDF is built from the pages you kept, in the order you set.
Things worth knowing
- The original file is never altered — deletions apply only to the new copy you download.
- Removing pages shrinks the file, though embedded fonts and shared resources are retained if any surviving page still uses them.
- Reordering does not re-render pages, so nothing loses quality.
Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser using JavaScript, so the file never leaves your device — there is no server to upload to. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.
Can I undo a deletion?
Nothing is committed until you download, so you can restore a page at any point beforehand. And because the source file on your disk is untouched, reloading it starts you over.
Can I delete and reorder at the same time?
Yes — both are applied in a single pass when you save, so you only download once.
Will page numbers printed on the pages update?
No. Numbers printed into the page content are part of the page image or text and do not renumber themselves when pages move or are removed.
